Each traveler 6 years and older can save the date for our Costa Rica destination wedding by submitting the $250 per person Save the date deposit by May 30, 2025.

Please note, the save the date deposit is already included in CiLoui Discover Vacation Package.

Yes. Each guest 6 years and older must submit a $250 “save the date” deposit for Our Destination Wedding in Costa Rica.

The $250 save the date deposit is a firm commitment to travel to Costa Rica for the wedding and it covers additional activities.

This deposit also allows us to better plan with the hotel as we choose a wedding package that would deliver a memorable experience for all of our guests

The save the date deposit confirms commitment to travel to Costa Rica for our destination Wedding. It is the only deposit for our wedding.

It is the same as reserving your room and vacation package when/if booking with CiLoui Discover LLC. The Save the Date Deposit is already included in the package published on the website. 

Yes. The date shown for the save the date – Deposit Only booking form highlights the dates we believe our guest will likely travel to Costa Rica for our destination wedding.

Only use the Save the Date Deposit form if you DO NOT plan to book your vacation with CiLoui Discover LLC. 

No. The current vacation package cost reflect the “best” estimate using average cost available for each vendor. Actual cost of your package will be confirmed after booking. 

Each guest will be alerted of any plus or minus difference to the overall package cost.

Yes. CiLoui Discover is committed to help each traveler book the best available price. If a better price is available and it meets the same quality provided by CiLoui Discover Package, it will be chosen. Any overage difference will be returned to original form of payment.

Yes. Each guest will have the option of a 13 month payment plan to cover their vacation package with first payment expected by June 30, 2025.

Please note, the save the date deposit due date is May 30, 2025.

Yes. Round Trip flight will be included in vacation package from CiLoui Discover LLC.

Our goal is to offer a stress free vacation package for a memorable and wholesome experience.

Yes. Each guest can contact our CiLoui Discover Travel coordinator to request a specific departure airport.

Please note, any change to overall package cost due to any modification will be shared before finalizing booking for your vacation.

The Save the Date deposit of $250 USD is only refundable by February 20, 2026. Please let us know if there is any change in plans early.

The Save the date deposit of $250 USD per person (6 years and older) is NON refundable after round trip flight is booked for a guest or after February 20, 2026.

Please note, If a package is booked with CiLoui Discover LLC, all other refund will be based on vendor policy if cancelled after February 20, 2026. For example, if flight is already booked when trip is cancelled, airline refund policy will apply.

Each CiLoui Discover Vacation Package for J&N Destination Wedding is 100% refundable before Flight booking date of March 15, 2026.

After Flight is book for each guest, ALL refund request will be processed using vendor refund and cancellation policies.

Westin Reserva Conchal is the chosen resort for Jonathan & Nahomie Pura Vida Wedding.

While a different hotel was shared initially, We had to switch the hotel due to a merger in progress for our first choice resort (Dreams Las Mareas Costa Rica) that was shared with us mid planning.

Please note, the website will be fully updated to only show this resort as host for the wedding.

Let us know if you notice any other location on this site where a different hotel is reference. It is a technical error and It will be updated promptly. 

Not Likely. However, we will remain flexible with our choice. Our goal is to choose the best location for our destination wedding.

If the price is right, we are open to return to Dreams las Mareas all inclusive resort when their merger is finalized and booking is re-open to the public.

Yes. It is not a requirement to book with our host travel agency – CiLoui Discover LLC.

However, Save the date deposit is required for each guests and each reservation should be made with our Primary All inclusive resort for the wedding. As of today, it is The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa.

We recommend each traveler departing from U.S airport to reference www.travel.gov website for guidance on travel requirements based on current immigration status.

Please note, Your passport must be valid 6 month after departure date from your vacation destination.
